Our Story

Back in 2019, Michael started making ice cream at home using a simple Cuisinart countertop ice cream maker. Overtime, he began wondering how he could share his sweet creations with the Winston-Salem community.

The perfect opportunity came a few years later when he purchased ice cream equipment from a local restaurant that was closing and started selling wholesale!

Happy’s Ice Cream expanded into the event and market space when Michael built a cart in 2024 and brought Dow and Jacob onto the team.
